FRONT ROW REVIEW: Sister by SIBLING

Cotton candy, hotdogs, carousels, the bearded lady and the tattooed man…explains all of this quirky and kitchy collection!! Menswear label SIBLING, known for their innovative contemporary knitwear designs decided to debut a complimentary Womenswear collection, Sister by SIBLING. Designed by Joe Bates, Sid Bryan and Cozette McCreery and illustrated by Japanese artist Yoko Kondo; they all teamed up to build captivating designs & imaginative animations for the collection.

Sister by SIBLING, is a young, cheerful, casual and cool collection. It features skull- inspired knits, tattoo parlor light-weight cottons, funky-coordinating animal prints & colors, colors, colors—so fun! To best describe this collection: energetic and bad-to-the- bone.

The collection, staying true to the SIBLING dna, replicated the elements from the Menswear collection of playful graphics, leopard motifs and patterns.

The leopard print is the textile glory of the overall collection. It’s injection is featured in the jumpsuits induced with an array of soft pinks, bright blues, black, cement grey, white, red and florescent yellow. Metallic and lurex yarns offered subtle shimmer to the black pieces: including leggings, shorts and jackets pierced by gold and metallic silver zippers. Oh, la la! With explosive knitwear designs and strong fashion aesthetics, Sister by SIBLING, definitely has a lot to offer the fashion industry. Fashion is now becoming more fun thanks to this collaboration!
